Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Even though it is still early. Yesterday, my cousin, Maile and I went to my school's Halloween carnival. It was really fun. There was popcorn, bouncy houses, nachos, temporary tatoos, and many more. First, we went the bouncy house. One of the bouncy houses was an obstacle course which you and a friend raced. Then, we got food to eat. Then, we went to the Cake Walk where some boys in my class were dancing. Then, I got my hair colored and got a temporary tatoo. After, we won prizes. Finally, we went home.

Make your mark!

If some of you watch Disney Channel, you probably know that they are having a competition called "Make your Mark". Basically, it is a dancing competition. The winner gets to be on Shake It Up as a spotlight dancer. So, make sure you vote! Remember, make your mark!

New Posts!

I will be posting two new posts every week! One will be a news post like the Steve Jobs post. Another one will be a paragraph that I do every week at school called Current Events which is like news, too. Keep looking for more posts!

Steve Jobs R.I.P. 1955-2011

Steve Jobs was an innovator. He didn't follow trends, he set them. Even though he dropped out of college, he still made it to the top. When people doubted his products, he still made alot of money. Steve Jobs was like the Albert Einstein of technology.

Who Says?

Hey everyone!  It's been on the news, in magazines, everywhere: Teenagers are committing suicide because of bullying! People like Pheobe Prince and many others have been bullied. Even though I'm not a teen I want to reach out to the people who have been bullied, don't listen those bullies. Listen to the words in this song, "Who Says". It means no matter how much they hurt you, you should realize "Yeah, it's tough but, I don't need to risk my life just to stop it." Tell your parents or an adult if you are harmed or threatened by bully. And to the bullies out there just stop no how cool you think you might you're really not. People may feel offended and feel bad about themselves. We are all human beings and all deserve to live a good life and we're all special in our own different ways. So, "Who Says?".

Help JAPAN!

I know the Japan earthquake and tsunami was like 2 or 3 months ago but still, help now. I donated some money when I saw the donation boxes, so you should too. I want to shout out to Ryan Higa he is funny, but this time he was actually serious about this. Watch the video above and see how much people want to help Japan. And now some of you are probably thinking "I already helped to do my part to Japan. Why is she still getting on my case?", but there is more you can do here are some ways to help:

  1. Have a fundraiser for something you like to do and donate the proceeds to the Red Cross.
  2. Do what Ryan did and go around your neighborhood and make signs like "Honk for Japan" and for every honk donate $5.
  3. At stores, see if the store has Help Japan donation boxes and donate money.
  4. There are many, many other things you can do and remember "You Can Change the World".
